WATERSURE SCHEME
WaterSure is a Government scheme for England and Wales. It is designed to help people who might be struggling with water bills by caping their charges. This scheme generally referred to as a Social Tariff by most water companies.
Southern Water have chosen to name their Social Tariff as their Essentials Tariff. It is means tested and we have received several reports that is very difficult to engage with Southern Water to be considered for this scheme.
