Downloads are provided in PDF format and can be used for both the Letter  and the eMail Options

The PDF will open in a new Window. This is will allow for easy Printing or Cut and Paste to your Word Processing or eMail App. 

Tip to Cut and Paste, use your mouse and single click anywhere within the text and use Control A to select all the text and then Control C to copy and Control V to paste. (Command for Control on a Mac)

If sending by letter, you will need to add the name (and title if needed) of your MP in the address block and after the salutation Dear xxx,. Both can be added by hand if you are using the direct print option.

If sending by eMail you do not need to include the Address block.

Don’t forget to sign and add your address.

Double check if your MP has a title Dr/Sir/Dame etc., MPs are quite vain when it comes to titles.
